Contest is only open to local residents. You must live within a 15 Mile Radius of the Grundy County Herald or reside in one of the following counties in Tennessee or Alabama to be eligible to win. (Franklin TN, Grundy TN, Marion TN, Sequatchie TN, or Jackson AL) See official rules page below.
