Upload a picture of the cutest trick or treater you know. Then View all of the entries and vote for your favorite when the voting is turned on. You can upload up to 5 pictures of your kids. However please do not upload several pictures of the same child. This option is set up for multiple kids in a family. If you have more than five kids in your family & want them all to be entered please have someone else register with a different email address & upload the remaining pictures of your children. Once voting begins you will be allowed to vote 5 times a day for your favorite or favorites but you will only be allowed 5 votes. Not five per person. Votes are tracked by IP addresses. If irregularites show up in the voting process the person may be eliminated from the contest. Please read official rules at the bottom of the page for all details about submission & voting. All entrants must reside in the Lakeway Newspaper area of the following counties in Tennessee. Bedford, Coffee, Franklin, Grundy, Lincoln, Marion & Moore.
